Kids in Need Waikato
Kids in Need Waikato provide care packs for children in care, personalised to meet each child's needs. Kids in need can be anywhere from 0-17 years old and each care pack is special and personalised to the child's age, size and interests. It's about making a difficult time, just a little bit easier with a gift that has been thoughtfully put together by volunteers from products donated by the local community.
The Salvation Army
Since 1883, The Salvation Army has fought poverty and social and spiritual distress in New Zealand. We’ve been there to help more than 120,000 families and individuals in need each year—with budgeting advice, food and clothing assistance, life skills programmes and other comfort and support.
